We completed a profitable exit on this site in late 2025, having purchased in 2019 and secured planning for a Large-scale Residential Development (LRD). Centrally located within the Northern Cross development, Site 10 now has planning for 138 residential units in two apartment blocks with parking, communal open spaces and a children’s play area.
