This greenfield development site is located adjacent to Gulliver’s Retail Park and Santry Demesne. It takes its name from its close proximity to the proposed underground metro station, due to be located immediately across the Old Ballymun Road from the site. The station will be one of the stops on the proposed Metrolink Railway line between Swords and Dublin City Centre, connecting Dublin Airport to the city centre and Luas network.
