Located on the eastern side of Maynooth, the lands benefit from their strategic location in close proximity to both Maynooth Train Station and the M4 motorway. The site is relatively flat. The Railpark area is expected to undergo significant development in the short to medium term, having been re-zoned to ‘New Residential’ by Kildare County Council.
